Skylight has openings for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team. We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) as they provide behavior interventions to children diagnosed with Autism and other related disorders. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining a clinical caseload of clients by completing individualized clinical learning needs, assessments, functional assessments, generating appropriate goals and objectives, writing interventions, creating data collection systems, reviewing and analyzing data, documentation, collaborating with other professionals in the field, parent training and supervising Behavior Therapists/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT’s).

We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who is passionate about providing first-class treatment to children diagnosed with Autism and other related disorders from 2 to 18 years of age. The SLP assesses, designs, and implements speech therapy services and is responsible for the development, implementation, ongoing evaluation, and maintenance of treatment plans to ensure they are maximally effective.

Seeking a highly qualified Occupational Therapist to work with children impacted by autism to achieve their full potential in life. We are looking for a skilled, licensed Occupational Therapist to provide quality care and direct services to children ages 2-18. You will be working with children with Autism and other related disorders. Duties will include conducting the creation and implementation of occupational therapy services within the ABA structure of our clinic-based setting.
